Content Policy | Pound My Wife

This Content Policy explains what may and may not be uploaded, requested, generated, stored, or shared through Pound My Wife. It is intended to support compliance with our Terms of Service, privacy obligations, platform safety standards, and laws affecting users in the US, UK, EU, and elsewhere.

Zero tolerance: no minors, no anyone-who-may-be-a-minor content, no non-consensual intimate content, no unlawful exploitation, and no content submitted without the rights and permissions required for the intended use.

1. What you must confirm before upload

You are 18+.
Every person depicted is 18+.
You have the express consent and/or other legal rights necessary to upload and use the image for generation.
The upload is not unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing.

2. Content we prohibit

Any image or output involving a minor or anyone who appears to be a minor.
Any content created or uploaded without required consent or legal authorization.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge porn, sextortion, or harassment.
Sexualized deepfakes of real people without valid authorization.
Exploitation, coercion, trafficking, incest, assault, abuse, or blackmail content.
Stolen images, leaked images, hacked materials, voyeuristic content, or hidden-camera content.
Impersonation used to deceive, defame, extort, or injure another person.
Any content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
Any attempt to disguise or mislabel prohibited material to evade moderation.

3. Quality and identity restrictions

Uploads should depict one clearly visible adult person.
Group photos, ambiguous-age photos, or heavily obscured faces may be rejected.
We may reject images that are too low-quality, too dark, too blurry, too pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable for safe or reliable generation.
Passing a quality check does not mean the upload is lawful or authorized. You remain solely responsible for that.

4. Review and enforcement

We may take any of the following actions at our discretion:

block or reject uploads;
refuse generation or delivery;
remove or disable access to content;
preserve information needed for investigation or legal compliance;
report conduct to payment processors, hosting providers, or authorities where appropriate;
suspend or permanently ban users or associated identifiers.

Nothing in this Policy obligates us to host, keep, publish, or restore any content. Access may be refused or interrupted whenever we conclude the legal, safety, operational, payment, or reputational risk is too high.

5. Takedown and victim reporting

If you believe content involving your image, likeness, or intimate depiction was uploaded, generated, or used without your consent, contact abuse@poundmywife.com. Include enough detail for us to identify the content and verify the request. We may remove or disable access while we review the matter.

For this MVP, reporting is handled primarily by email. If you contact us after content has already passed through temporary processing or delivery steps, the scope of what we can identify, preserve, or investigate may depend on the limited records then available.

6. No safe harbor from false statements

User confirmations are mandatory but are not a substitute for legal compliance. If you falsely confirm age, consent, or rights, you are responsible for that misconduct. We may rely on your confirmations while also applying moderation and safety controls, but we do not guarantee that every violation will be detected before harm occurs.

7. Additional note for UK users

If the Service is accessible in the UK and allows pornographic content, additional age assurance obligations may apply beyond simple self-declaration. This Policy and any on-site age gate are not intended as a statement that no further age-assurance measures are needed in every jurisdiction or use case.
